Our 4-Step Application Process
Make an Inquiry
The first step is for parents or guardians to contact the school office via phone, email, or WhatsApp to express interest and request preliminary information.
Receive or Fill in Application Form
You will receive the application package via email or download. Alternatively, you can complete our secure online application form on this portal.
Go to Application FormReceive Offer Letter
Upon successful review of the application and adherence to all requirements, an official Offer Letter detailing the admission conditions will be sent to the parent/guardian.
Pay Fees
Secure the student's place by paying the specified school fees by the deadline indicated in the Offer Letter. Note: All fees are stated in USD.

Form 1 & Lower 6 Admission
Criteria:
- Grade 7 results / O-level results
- A recent school report and a confidential Head’s recommendation
- Evidence of academic potential and a personal interview (where applicable)
Required Certified Documents:
All photocopies must be certified.
- Grade 6 / Form 4 (2nd Term) Results – Certified copy
- Grade 7 / O-level Results – Original copy
- Learner’s Birth Certificate – Certified copy (for registration)
- Original Birth Certificate – Presented upon enrolment
- Parent/Guardian’s ID – Certified copy
- Proof of Residence – Certified copy for the fee-payer
- Legal Guardianship or Foster Documents – Certified (required in all cases)
- Completed Application Form (Online or Scanned Physical Form)
Transfer Admission (Other Forms)
Criteria:
- Transfer letter from previous school
- Latest school report
- A confidential Head’s recommendation from previous school
- Evidence of academic potential and a personal interview (where applicable)

Application Deadline (Form 1 Applicants)
All submissions are due by December of the applicant’s Grade 7 year.
Day Scholar Placement
Places are extremely limited. Preference is given to applicants with **reliable transport arrangements**.
